Next.js 15 family workspace on Vercel: dual-pipeline Listing Studio, multi-domain grounded assistant, and persistent floating Copilot HUD.

  • Card Batch Studio: every card now gets a polished eBay listing with one click, and the batch eBay CSVs include that full listing as the description.
  • Added a Feedback button on every page: suggestions and problem reports go straight to the site owner.
  • The AI Copilot now remembers your conversation and topic after a refresh, with a Clear button to start over.
  • Finishing touches: a browser tab icon, proper page titles, and a preview card when the site's link is shared.
  • New look: one shared cyan / blue / violet palette across every page, matching buttons and titles, and drawn artwork on the home page, Listing Studio and Playground.
  • Removed two unused AI endpoints (/api/parse-image and /api/ground-keywords) so they can't use up the Gemini quota.
  • Playground now falls back to gemini-3.5-flash-lite when gemini-3.8-flash is busy, so prompts get an answer instead of an error.
  • Listing Studio photo and CSV problems now show as a clear message on the page instead of a browser pop-up.
  • Combined Listing Builder: product photo → editable specs → eBay inline-CSS HTML (live desktop/phone preview, copy & download) plus Etsy title, 13 tags and formatted description, with per-browser listing options.
  • Fixed photo-to-listing: replaced the retired gemini-2.5-flash with gemini-3.8-flash and an automatic gemini-3.5-flash-lite fallback when the model is busy, staying under Vercel's 30s limit.
  • Copilot now auto-switches topic from what you type ("3d printing", "stickers", recipe and card words) with studio shortcuts, stays on site topics, caps messages at 500 characters, and waits up to 20s for Gemini.
  • Added CHANGELOG.md with the full release history of the workspace.
  • Engineered persistent global CyberCopilot HUD (components/CyberCopilot.tsx) with interactive route navigation and capability discovery.
  • Restored Multimodal Product Vision Studio in app/listing-studio/page.tsx with in-browser canvas downscaling and Gemini Vision SEO tag extraction.
  • Built CardUploader batch CSV parser with automatic $20 threshold shipping splits (< $20 PWE vs. $20+ Ground Advantage) and RFC 4180 marketplace exports.
